Administrative buildings of Yüksel Proje Inc. were planned as ‘Intelligent Buildings’ on New Protocol Boulevard at Çankaya district in Ankara utilizing the most recent developments in technology. The building was endued with power generator, UPS, localized fire detection and protection systems, air-conditioning and ventilation, intercommunication office automation, and data transferring systems. Building security was provided via CCTV cameras and proximity cards.

Capacious open technical offices, engineers’ rooms, managers’ rooms, resting hall, conference hall, meeting rooms, ground mechanics laboratory, archive and storage areas, a central kitchen and dining hall of 500 people capacity, and a three-story garage were provided within the unique structure of the modern office building complex.
