The office buildings of Marmaray and Istanbul Tubular Tunnel Projects, project inspection tenders of which were awarded to Turkish and Japanese engineering and consultancy companies (the Eurasian Consortium) by the General Directorate of Railway, Harbor and Airport Constructions, have been constructed by YP Construction Inc.

The structure was designed and built as a steel construction. External thermal insulation panels were installed, and all spaces are heated and cooled by fan-coil system. The floor coverings are made of ceramic and linoleum, whereas rock wool ceiling tiles are used for the headlining. Building security was provided with fire detection systems located at each compartment. All electrical, mechanical, natural gas networks together with intercommunication, office automation, data transferring and automated control systems related to the office building were installed by YP Construction Inc.

Capacious open technical offices, engineers’ rooms, managers’ rooms, meeting rooms, archive area, server and printing rooms, a central kitchen and a dining hall were provided within the unique structure of the modern office building complex.
