Awarded by Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI), the project comprises construction works for 1190 units of houses, and substructure and landscaping thereof.

Construction works of a total of 1190 units with tunnel formwork inside 39 blocks of either 15 or 18 stories, and the entire domestic technical substructure (electricity lines, transformers; potable, waste and drain water networks, and natural gas and telephone lines etc.), internal roads, open car-parks, outdoor playgrounds, sports fields and landscaping are completed through this mass housing complex project.
