Australian Embassy New Building
All the architectural, electrical, mechanical shop drawing and detail plans related to the structure have been prepared by YP Construction. The structure had been designed to be an ‘Intelligent and Safe Building’, and constructed with material and equipment of highest technology by best craftsmanship possible. In order to maintain the building security, the first ‘Blast Wall’ implementation (Explosion Resistance Walls) ever on earth had been constructed around the building. In terms of electro-mechanical automation of the building; heating and cooling was maintained via Fan-Coil systems, data transfer was enabled through network systems, security and access control was provided with CCTV camera and proximity card systems, communication and TV broadcast was supported by dish antenna satellite systems, and the fire warning and alarm was enabled by automated warning systems.
