The contract related to the construction work of 754 units of apartments and contingent substructure and landscaping at Merkez Kale sector in Nevşehir province, which was awarded by Housing Development Administration of Turkey on March 3rd, 2014, had been concluded on May 5th, 2014 upon a total price of 56.495.000,00 TL. Having built over 119.408 m2 of construction field, the project comprises a total of 754 houses in 16 blocks of which; 9 blocks in C2 Form with 2 basements+ground+10 stories, 2 blocks in C2 Form with 2 basements+ground+11 stories, 1 block in C2 Form with 3 basements+ground+10 stories, and 4 blocks in C2 Form with basement+ground+12 stories.
