The contract for the "Niğde Province Efendibey Neighborhood Urban Transformation and Development Project 2. Stage 2. Area Construction of Infrastructure and Landscaping of 786 Houses and 48 Stores" tendered by TOKİ Presidency on September 07, 2015, has been signed on October 8, 2015 at the contract price of 84.595.000,00-TL. The project, with a total construction area of 122.395 m2, which consists of 27 blocks, 768 residences as; N_60 type B+Z+6 floors block, N_75 type B+Z+8 floors 2 blocks, N_75 type 2B+Z+8 floors 1 block, N_90 type B+Z+10 floors 3 block, N_90 type B+Z+8 floors 3 blocks, N_110 type B+Z+10 floors 2 blocks, N_110 type 2B+Z+10 floors 1 block, N_125 type 2B+Z+10 floors 1 Block, N_135 type B+Z 10 floors 1 Block, N_149 type B+Z+8 floors 5 blocks, N_149 type 2B+Z+8 floors 2 blocks, N_149 type B+Z+9 floors 2 Blocks, N_149 type 3B+Z+8 floors 3 Blocks, was completed on 14.09.2017 and provisionally accepted.
