Administrative building of YP Construction Inc. was planned as ‘Intelligent Building’ at Çankaya district in Ankara with 1.500 m² of indoor space, and constructed by utilizing the most recent developments in technology. The building was endued with stand-by power generator, air-conditioning and ventilation, intercommunication office automation, and data transferring systems. Building security was provided with fire detection and protection systems located at each compartment.

Capacious open technical offices, engineers’ rooms, managers’ rooms, meeting rooms, archive and storage areas, a central kitchen and dining hall of 100 people capacity were provided within the unique structure of the modern office building complex.
