This had been the turn-key delivery construction project of 141-unit apartments of 3 blocks for S.S. Mavi Hayat Bağlıca Housing Construction Cooperative.
The project consists of 3 blocks with basement+ground+11 stories of which 129 units (4+1) of 133,61 m2, and 12 duplex units (5+1) of 149,27 m2.
Total construction field subjected to the contract is 19.214 m2.
The project comprising of 3 blocks is fully completed. Temporary acceptance received on November 5th, 2013 and inhabitation began in July 2014. The cooperative received their occupancy permit on January 15th, 2016 after fulfilling their liabilities for occupancy.
