A HOUSE IS MARKETABLE NOWADAYS IF IT ADDS VALUE TO THE LIFE
With the construction incentive commenced within the last 3-4 years, many housing projects have been accomplished and residential perception has, altogether, changed at metropolitan cities. For now the house buyer is in seek of a ‘distinction’ that will change the life standards, rather than ‘a place to hang its hat’.
Member of the Executive Board of YP Construction, an Ankara based company serving the construction sector for about 25 years with masterpieces, Osman Cem Çankaya recorded that the companies able to accurately analyze consumer requests remain with an upwards growth trend, however the awareness has raised through recent years depending on the increasing competition within the sector.
Stating that such a fact is best seen at Nefis Çankaya Evleri, which was constructed before the view of the Valley of Imrahor, future widest recreation area in Ankara, Çankaya indicated that it is a proof for the fact when 68% of sample flat visitors give “Extraordinary details” as response to a directed question of “which feature of the project impressed you most?”
Remarking the outcome of his observations as that “no one wants to live in ordinary houses anymore, especially since few years ago”, Çankaya continues as follows;
“It is popular to build high-quality and comfortable housing projects designed over details that color the life, and provide social facilities. The construction sector of the capital city is in a rush of realizing housing projects one after another. However, most of them are unfortunately identical. But now, the buyer demands that the house he lives in or the project he chooses brings distinction for his life. I believe that the housing projects which put a difference forth will catch more attention in the upcoming period. To cooperate with right architects is indispensible in this respect. In this regard, we submit our gratitude for ACE Architects who designed Nefis Çankaya Evleri project.”
