A ‘BONUS’ OF FRESH AIR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAPITAL CITY
Adding winter’s increasing air pollution to the carbon emission caused by crowded traffic, it became difficult to breath in city centers. Those who want to escape the situation which is especially a point of concern for metropolitan cities, head to open places where they can meet fresh air.
In this respect, located midtown the Valley of Imrahor lends a hand for the inhabitants of Ankara.
Highlighting that the Valley of Imrahor provides the desired fresh air to the city through a thousand shades of green it shelters, member of the Executive Board of YP Construction Osman Cem Çankaya recorded as follows;
“Once upon a time it was even impossible to breath in Ankara. The measures taken, change in the fuel used for heating, and the awareness earned provided a significant change forward for the air quality of the city. However, we may still be exposed to polluted air sometimes in Ankara as it is for the other metropolitan cities. At this point, the fresh air spots within the city gain more importance. The Valley of Imrahor is one of the few oxygen depots of the Capital city. Presenting a visual feast of green, and with its pure clean air, the Valley makes it to the top of the list of places that must be protected within the city. We shall meet with fresh air keeping in mind that the Valley of Imrahor is a ‘bonus’ of fresh air inside city center.”
It is going to be the largest recreational area of the city
Underlining that YP Construction already introduced house owners to fresh air through Köşk İkizleri, Vadi 2000, Vadi 3000 and Vadi 5000 projects positioned across the valley, Çankaya reminded that they now realize Nefis Çankaya Evleri project at the same location.
Mentioning that they offer a long-awaited life at Nefis Çankaya Evleri for those who regret to go far from the city center and live in touch with the nature at the same time, Çankaya stated as; “the project consists of a total of 209 units in different house types inside two towers with 20 stories each and a horizontal base block. According to wish, one can either touch the sky through the tower or can obtain a garden life in the middle of the city. The project offers an uninterrupted view for the owners with its campus positioned across the Valley of Imrahor, the future largest recreational area of Ankara.”
